Economics student Maria Gyokova from Dimitrovgrad left with only BGN 1,000 from “Deal or not”, despite haggling to the last. “Like in the Dimitrovgrad market”, the host Nencho Balabanov repeated to her several times. At the very beginning of the game, the girl bet the amount she dreamed of – 7,500 BGN. “What are you going to use this money for?” Balabanov inquired. The young woman from Dimitrov responded in three different ways. Perhaps this was her strategy to keep up with the triple change of boxes allowed her by the magnanimous banker.
The first time, Maria shared that she would probably put the amount she hopes to earn into the family business in her hometown. Because of him, she would not stay in the capital, but would return to Dimitrovgrad. The second time, the economics student said that she planned to go on vacation to her beloved Spain. On the third occasion, she already announced that she would use this money to buy shares to provide herself with “passive income”. “Have you bought stocks before?” the host asked her. “No, it will be my first time if I win,” Maria admitted.
Balabanov rightly admired the young lady’s attempts to cheat the numbers and get to the treasured box. The Dimitrovgrad resident even revealed that shortly before entering “Deal or not”, she had a dream that she perceived as prophetic. “And did you open the winning box?”, asked the actor. “No, I woke up before that,” the girl replied with a laugh.
After three rejected deals and complex pirouettes around boxes numbered 3 and 22 /”I choose it because it is close to my birthday, the 20th”/, Maria confided, she played the bank and settled on box 15. “This number my it brings luck! My brother was born on the 15th. This is the first man I’ve ever loved in my life!”, the student poured out her emotions.
