From May 23, in the afternoon, a specific police operation was launched throughout the countryof which we will monitor the implementation in each of the following days and it is mainly aimed at being able to control mainly drivers who, with their behavior, endanger the safety of other road users, show arrogant behavior on the road, perform risky maneuvers , with which they could additionally cause an accident, and not only injure themselves, but also other people.

This was said by Chief Inspector Maria Boteva from the “Traffic Police” Department at the “National Police” General Directorate.

“The one that will be monitored along the main road arteriesespecially on days when people rest, summer days are coming, children go on vacation, the highways will be monitored for proper movementwhile the use of linear control will continue,” said Chief Inspector Boteva and pointed out that at the same time it will be monitored and that the forced stop lanes are not misused outside of their intended purpose.
