The Israeli army released a video of a Hamas fighter killing a woman during the attack of the Palestinian Islamist movement in Israel on October 7, Reuters reported.
Relatives of hostages taken by Hamas in the attack, meanwhile, called on the United Nations to intervene to help free their loved ones, AFP reported.

Security camera footage released yesterday showed Palestinian militants chasing people attending an open-air music festival near the Gaza Strip. At a given moment one of the attackers shot a young woman at point blank range.
Hundreds of people were killed at the festival.

The chilling video was released at a time when Israel is being criticized for its response to the attack, which has been followed by a devastating war in the Gaza Strip. About 1,200 people, mostly civilians, were killed in the attack on Israeli territory on October 7.
Since then, Israeli strikes in Gaza have killed more than 13,300 people, according to local authorities controlled by Hamas. This data has not been independently verified.
