Tonight the Ukrainian city Kharkiv was shelled by the Russian troops, loud explosions were also heard, reports UNIAN. There are reports of two slightly wounded civilians.

At 00:35 the command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is reported a missile threat to the Kharkiv region. The head of the Kharkiv regional state administration Oleg Sinegubov wrote that the Russians are on strike.

A few minutes later, Mayor Igor Terekhov announced, that loud explosions were heard in the city. He urged people to be careful. The head of the Kharkiv Garrison and Kharkiv Defense Forces Sergey Melnik warned of new rocket launches.
