“Courage like this in 2014: “I’m a soldier, I’m at war, cool!” – of course, there is no such thing now, we wish the war would end soon. But as long as we can, we will serve,” she assured.
According to Belozerskaya, it is necessary for the military to constantly study and improve their physical fitness.
“For example, snipers remain mostly very healthy professionals who can work at a distance of more than a kilometer to a kilometer and a half, and the rest are retrained as FPV drone operators, because now it is more relevant than being able to shoot at someone with a rifle at 600 meters,” she explained.
When asked how the Russian military has changed in these 10 years, she replied that at the beginning there were mostly “junk” in the Moscow army, namely “drug addicts, to whom the cadre Russians were instructors or commanders.”
“And now there are “trash” and drug addicts – all these drunkards who are recruited into the army from inside Russia. But to say that the entire Russian army is like that would be crazy, because professionals and motivated people are now serving in it,” noted Belozerskaya.
According to her, the Russians were superior to the Ukrainian soldiers in two things, namely fortification and communications, in everything else the ASU were better, but the Russians learn very quickly technologically.
“It’s a long game. I believe we will be stronger because in the end they don’t have the same motivation as us. Because the motivation to ‘kill imaginary fascists on foreign soil’ and the motivation to ‘protect your country’ are incomparable things!” , summed up Belozerskaya.
