How to wake up our sleeping brains

--

Why do we eat unhealthy, why do many speculate on cigarettes, alcohol, angry outbursts, laziness, obsessive thoughts of failure, diseases, fears? Why do we so often allow this viral “software” to mess up our lives? And how can we replace it with a new one that will get us back on the track to success not only in our personal lives, but also in our profession? The answers to these questions are part of the new book of the popular psychologist Monika Balayan and the journalist Petya Minkova “Hyperconsciousness”, published by KK “Trud”.

It contains innovative techniques and specific practices tested with brainwave measuring equipment. The curious thing is that at the beginning of the research, in 80 percent of the people, their brains seem to be “sleeping”. Regardless of whether it is young or old, whether it is morning, noon or evening, the equipment found that the most active waves in almost all participants are theta, characteristic of the half-asleep state.

Therefore, the book contains many techniques for activating the brain waves, but also specific practices on how to start the gamma waves where we are most effective and efficient. They are extremely important, because when they prevail, a person chooses the best out of 10 possible solutions, and with the rest – at best we will fluctuate between 4 and there are no guarantees that he will stop at the most effective.

From the book we will learn that the subconscious determines 98 percent of our decisions and only 2 percent of them are the result of deep awareness. Therefore, it contains innovative techniques based on scientific research to reprogram the subconscious mind to work for us, not against us. The book examines the codes to the subconscious, how to communicate in its language because it does not understand words, how to “catch” the correct answers and start the brain waves of the hyperconsciousness. It also describes short working techniques how they can be “deleted” and the most persistent long-standing habits that hold us back and hinder our development in all areas.

In the course of the study, it was found that they work for all the dozens of participants who have been experimenting with the innovative method since 2021. The problems they started with are presented, and in their stories each of us can relate. The more important thing is that there everyone has given the algorithm by which they coped and are now leading the life they want, not the one they had to lead.

This unique system is based on ancient knowledge that Monica discovered in Matenadaran, one of the largest repositories of manuscripts from the dawn of civilization, and on joint research with professors from the Orbeli Institute of Physiology. For her groundbreaking research and results in 2023 Ms. Monica Balayan was named Psychologist of the Year, and for her great contribution to psychology, she was awarded the title of honorary professor of WAPA (World Association of Performing Arts).

Petya Minkova has been a journalist since 1995, until 2022 she is deputy. editor-in-chief of the newspaper “168 hours”, since 2023 he has been part of the “24 hours – 168 stories” project, and since 2018 he has been deputy. editor-in-chief of the magazine “Cosmos”, where he works with some of the most prominent scientists in the world.
