Happy 55th birthday to Ani Salic! The Edna.bg team wishes her many professional successes, personal success and peace of mind

Salic started his career at Nova TV in 1995 as a reporter and presenter of the journalistic show “In the heart of Sofia”.

From his first steps in television journalism to today, he managed to establish himself as one of the most popular and beloved television presenters.

In 2013, he rejoined the NOVA team. The presenter is traditionally associated with numerous charitable causes. She has been a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador since 2007.

By joining Nova, he also became the face of the Game Changers social initiative, which is implemented by the Reach for Change Foundation with Nova’s media partnership.

He is the author of a number of materials and documentaries focused on the problems of children at risk. Ani Salic is the winner of many awards both for her work as a journalist and for her socially responsible commitment.

An award from the “I Want a Baby” Foundation, as well as a badge of honor from President Rosen Plevneliev for contribution to the protection of Bulgaria’s children, are part of the long list of honors and recognitions.

“My trademark is to smile when I misread,” the news anchor admits.

“I became Annie Salic thanks to my constant work and my constant presence on the screen. It costs a lot because I gave birth and left my son at 6 months after a very difficult pregnancy,” news anchor Annie Salic said in an interview with Mont Dieux.

“My best quality is being a team player. Television taught me to be like a soldier and to react quickly. I often cried out of anger and helplessness”, says the news presenter.

“I haven’t grown up yet,” admits Ani Salic.
