Grigorova: Ninova should first understand herself and her party, ostracism is not my approach

--

Vanya Grigorova registered the new coalition “Solidary Bulgaria” and submitted to the CEC 5,000 signatures for participation in the “2 in 1” vote, accompanied by representatives of the other three formations that are part of the coalition – “Bulgarian Left”, “United Social Democracy” and “Stand se BG” of Maya Manolova, who, however, did not come to the registration in person.

Grigorova made it clear that she had no desire to criticize the other left-wing formations and explained that the internal battles weaken the left in our country.

On the occasion of the reproach of “Levitsa” to her that they did not gather together because of her claims, in the words of Kostadin Paskalev, Grigorova commented: “Pretensions they call it and I accept their reason.” At the same time, however, he pointed out that some more experienced figures refused to take a step back, as happened to the successful local coalition for the mayoral vote in Sofia last fall. “The more experienced took a step back, some did, some didn’t,” added Grigorova.

However, she kept a good tone and signaled that she expects them to be together with the “Left” in the future. “We are like-minded and at some point we will find our way to each other, I believe in that,” she admitted.

“When the long-standing leaders in the left space cannot overcome their personal misunderstandings, we cannot leave the left-wing voters,” she was categorical in response to the question of whether her unification also invalidates the left. However, according to her, it was weakened not by the swarming of left formations, but by internal battles.

“If Kornelia Ninova is used to fighting with her like-minded people, ostracizing her members and throwing them out, this is not my approach. Let her first come to an understanding with herself, and then, I believe, she will find a common language with the party,” Grigorova commented on the accusations of the social leader that she lied to the BSP, the “Levitsa” and the voters in Sofia.

Grigorova explained her motive for entering the early elections with the argument that after the vote, if there is no alternative, the same assembly will be repeated again.

“The determining factor for my decision is that I saw a huge civic energy in the campaign for the local elections last fall, then quite a few people supported me and assured me that the messages were being heard. Maybe it’s time to end this pseudo-elite mandate , who governs us,” said Grigorova.

In her words, after witnessing chaos, assembly and disassembly, “in the absence of an alternative, I await the next assembly.” “It is no coincidence that they claimed to have 99% coverage in the targets. If there is no general change, we can expect exactly the same“, predicts Vanya Grigorova.
