Defendants by law are the one who is recorded as the father in the birth certificate, the mother and the child itself. The court considered that the older child will accept Peyo as an heir in the process,” Minkov specified. He added that in the event of a DNA match, the expertise would insist on raising his son. “I will immediately ask for temporary measures that are implemented before the final decision.” I hope that this way the court will give it to me. Currently, the child is being raised by Peyo Peev’s parents, who are not biological grandparents,” Minkov further specified.
