“Student meals” – Kyustendil will pay BGN 2,000 rent to the municipality, feed the administration with a 10% discount!
The municipal councilors in Kyustendil gave consent for the lease of a restaurant, in the building of the Kyustendil drama theater, which is excluded, as an object in which activity is developed by OP “Student Meals”. The goal is for the company to pay over BGN 2,000 in rent. “In connection with the amendment of the Regulations for the organization and activity of the municipal enterprise “Student meal” – town of Kyustendil is aimed the management of the object used for a restaurant to be leased through public tender, which will result in efficient, lawful and expedient site management. – actor’s club 95.10 sq.m., warehouse 3.69 sq.m., warehouse 4.57 sq.m., kitchen 12.33 sq.m., corridor 13.47 sq.m. and WC 4.66 sq.m., total built-up area 133.82 sq.m., along with the complete equipment and furniture, located on the first floor /in the southwestern part/ in a building with identifier 41112.503.2750.1 according to the KKKR of the city Kyustendil, “Bulgaria” Blvd. No. 26a, according to APOS No. 3870/02.06.2015, for public catering establishment, for a period of 5 /five/ years, by conducting at an open bidding auction, according to the requirements of Chapter VIII of the Ordinance on the procedure for acquisition, management and disposal of municipal property at the initial auction price BGN 1940.00 per month without VAT and BGN 100.00 step for bidding. Site maintenance and repairs, as well as consumables expenses – heating, electricity, water and household waste fee are at the expense of the tenant,” explained Mayor Ognyan Atanasov and added: The following clauses should be included in the draft contract “Employees of Kyustendil Municipality are entitled to a 10% discount from the value of the lunch menu consumed by them in the facility.” and the TENANT / School meals – Kyustendil/ is obliged to return the property after the termination of the contract in the same condition in which it was delivered, taking into account normal wear and tear, s a bilaterally signed acceptance-transmission protocol, being obliged to also return all movable items / the provided equipment / in the condition in which are located on the day of their delivery under this contract. In the event that any of the movable property is destroyed or damaged, The TENANT is obliged to restore it or owes its BGN equivalent or the amount of its repair, if such is possible, at market rates prices at the date of termination of the contract.’
