An extraordinary meeting is being held on April 22 at 11 a.m. at the municipal council, Vratsa. There is only one point and it concerns the holding of a regular general assembly of VV, Vratsa, in which the Municipal Council is the principal. Councilors should mandate their representative to vote and support the submitted proposals.
The general meeting of the Water and Sewerage Authority is held the next day – April 23, in Varshets. During the general meeting, the report of the manager and the financial report for the year 2023 will be considered, a decision will be made on the distribution of the company’s profit. The plumbing company wants to acquire a building in Oryahovo, with an area of ​​175 square meters, to be used as an administrative building. For this purpose, the proposal is to spend up to BGN 90,000 for its acquisition.
An old administrative building of the Waterworks in Roman, built in 1930, is proposed to be demolished. According to the report of the manager Angel Prestojski, it is a single-storey building with a size of 82 square meters. The building structure has been compromised and cannot be used for its intended purpose, says the invitation to participate in the general assembly of the Waterworks. The proposal is that after the demolition, the mined materials will be used for the needs of the company.

49% of the ownership of VK, Vratsa belongs to the municipalities in the district. In order for their representatives to participate in decision-making, a municipal council sanction is required. 51% of the company’s capital belongs to the state-owned “Bulgarian Waterworks Holding” EAD.
