The republican stage of the National Folklore Festival – competition “Future for Bulgaria’s Talents” was held on April 21 at the “Sredets” House of Culture in Sofia.
More than 500 girls and boys from all over the country presented the folklore of their native places. The smallest participants qualified for the republic stage from all over the country are the vocal group “Zvezdici” from the kindergarten “Zornitsa” – Pleven.
As an individual performer, six-year-old Nikola Tsvetanov won the Republican Gold Medal and received the title Laureate of the 1st degree in the category of instrumental arts – piano.
Under the guidance of their music teacher Dimitar Krastev, seven girls and six boys won the title of Laureates of the 1st degree and lifted their first gold cup high.
Congratulations on the success of the children of their teacher Dimitar Krastev and the director of the children’s institution Silvia Diyanova! This success is due to their tireless work and love for folk music.
