A fine of BGN 500 was imposed by the District Court – V. Tarnovo on a 42-year-old local resident for petty hooliganism. On Sunday, following a report of a violation of public order in the regional city, a 42-year-old man was found to have insulted, insulted and threatened citizens and police officers, reported the ODMVR.
