The President of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation Lubomir Ganev is a guest on BNT in the show “Arena Sport”. He commented on the current topics as well as around club volleyball in Bulgaria.
He also commented on the future of Heber (Pazardzhik), which was called into question after the change of the mayor of the municipality.

“My first meeting with a newly elected mayor was with the mayor of Pazardzhik. The paradox is that he is a volleyball player who plays in the amateur league. When I talked to him, he told me that he could not give as much money to Heber as he did to the previous mayor. I told him how Heber (Pazardzhik) is a very beautiful example – starting literally from zero, for 7 years to get to the point that thanks to Heber this year Bulgaria is playing directly in the groups of the Champions League. The new mayor of Pazardzhik said that he can allocate an amount that is decent, but he cannot promise it. The conversation ended there,” Lyubo Ganev is emphatic.
