A 32-year-old man charged with possession of narcotic substances with intent
distribution, was detained at the request of the District Prosecutor’s Office –
Targovishte.

72 hours with a view to bringing him before the court to determine a measure of remand.

arrest, subject to appeal before the Court of Appeal – Varna.
