The 13-member Regional Election Commission in Kyustendil started working today, April 21. It was defined as a composition already at the first convocation of the parties and coalitions represented in the parliament under the regional governor Eng. Alexander Pandurski, and then it was appointed by the CEC, one of the first 6 regions in the country.
