Seniors received letters of thanks at their final concert “The Way of Growing Up”

The students from the “Dancer” profession at the “St. Cyril and Methodius” presented their annual production during an inspiring music and dance performance at the Military Club

A letter of thanks for high results achieved in the field of dance art and for their participation in the “Maritsa” ensemble was received by seniors at the final concert “The Path of Growth”. The students of 12 b – profession “Dancer”, at SU “St. Cyril and Methodius” created a real music and dance performance for their teachers, parents and classmates in the Military Club. A month before their graduation, they presented their annual production, featuring dances from various folklore areas.

Principal Tanya Nikolova presented letters of thanks to the most prominent of them, as well as to their class teacher Darina Dobrevska, for whom this is the first graduation. “Four years ago, you took charge of the class and, although a young teacher, you managed to find a way to each of the students and be not only their good teacher, but also a friend and a wise adviser,” Nikolova addressed the German language teacher. Dobrevska did not hide her excitement and stated categorically that if she could choose who would be her first class, she would choose the same students again.

The young talents started the concert with the dances “Gergeovden” and “Libe le” choreographed by Kiril Jenev. Students from the Academy of Music, Dance and Visual Arts “Prof. Asen Diamandiev” to perform a Thracian mixed dance staged by freshman Antonia Tancheva. The performance was wildly applauded, especially by the choreography teachers at the school, as Antonia was their student until last year, and today she is a stage performer as a student majoring in “Bulgarian folk choreography”.

The seniors received a standing ovation with the dances “Reflection”, “Komitsky libe”, Shopsky dance, and then received a greeting from the little talents of the first, second and fourth grades, who are studying optional choreography. The ninth-graders from the specialty “Bulgarian folk dances” proved that they are not inferior to the graduates with their performance of Daichovo horo.

Wishes for a fair wind in the sea of ​​life and realization of dreams sent from the screen on the stage to 12 b all their teachers.

“There is no greater satisfaction for a teacher than to see his students succeed. From timid children on stage four years ago, today I saw professional dancers and good people. This is the strength of our school”, said the director Tanya Nikolova at the finale to the seniors.
