He commented that the stages for countering the pest through complex treatment were discussed by a formed an expert committee of landscape architects and forest officials who inspected the state of tree species in the largest park in Stara Zagora municipality “Metropolitan Metodiy Kusev” (Ayazmoto).
The active intervention of the municipality and the territorial division of “State Forestry – Stara Zagora” in the autumn of 2018 failed to destroy the pest.
