In just 2-3 years, private study halls in Blagoevgrad have doubled in price. And that’s no surprise given all the price increases in that time period. Before, parents paid 12-13 BGN per day, now the prices are already between 20 and 30 BGN.
For some, it is too much and the interest is not as great as before, share teachers in private study centers. The children’s daily stay is about 5 astronomical hours, food is included in the price.
The groups are no more than 6-7 children in order to be able to achieve better quality education compared to that in state and municipal schools. The training is on working days – from Monday to Friday. In the summer, there is more influx to private study halls, as there is no one to look after the younger students. Then they are in training all day – from 08:00 in the morning until 16:00-17:00, receiving lunch and an afternoon snack.
“Schools do not emphasize the development of children’s imagination. Some have been with us since preschool age, we work on the children’s sensory motor skills. To make it easier for them to perceive the material, we emphasize their concentration.
We have classrooms, a room for games, for rest and relaxation. Our goal is not for the students to memorize, but for them to be aware of the cause-and-effect relationship, to sift necessary from unnecessary information”, share teachers in private study rooms.
In the summer, the children not only study, but also go on outings – to the river, in the old quarter of Varosha, to shooting, to tennis, to the gallery, to dances, to the rope park.
