After the goods supply chain was disrupted in the West due to tensions in the Red Sea, Europe will now have a breather with the planned second railway line between Turkey and Bulgaria.

The Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloglu said that considering the growing railway potential between Bulgaria and Turkey, the two neighbors signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the creation of a second railway crossing. “With this second railroad freight capacity from east to west and vice versa will increase.
