Children from the Pleven art school “Colorit” are winners of prestigious awards from the 31st World Children’s Drawing Competition IE-NO-NIKARI, held in Tokyo, Japan. This was announced by the head of the art school, Maya Ananieva.
Six-year-old Eva Pankova was awarded a silver prize. The winner of the bronze prize is Emma Negoeva, also 6 years old.
“The theme of the contest is free and gives every child the incredible opportunity to create, inspired by everything in life that makes them happy,” Ananieva emphasized. Both children’s drawings are printed in the winners’ catalogue.
11,135 drawings by children from 62 countries participated in the creative competition. “With extremely strong competition, the drawings of the little Pleven artists impressed the jury with their bright color and artistry,” added Ananieva.
The Pleven Art School has received an official invitation to participate in the next edition of the authoritative creative forum.
We remind you that one of the last international honors of graduates of the art school “Colorit” was from a competition in Romania. Five of Maya Ananieva’s small artists were awarded the first prize at the “Autumn Colors” International Competition for Fantasy and Creativity.
