In this regard, we remind citizens of the ways in which the fees for issuing a Bulgarian personal document can be paid:

Card payment through a POS terminal device

The fee for issuing Bulgarian identity documents can be paid by bank card through the POS terminal devices located in the units “Bulgarian identity documents”, Migration” and “Qualification, drivers and administrative-penal activity”.

Payment by installment at the cash desk of UBB AD-branch Silistra

The fee can be paid through a contribution to the account of ODMVR-Silistra at the cash desk of UBB AD-branch Silistra.

Payment by cash transfer in all bank offices

The fee can also be paid by cash transfer at the counters of all bank offices.

Bank payment

It is possible to transfer a fee for issuing a Bulgarian personal document by bank transfer. The receipt for paid fee is nominal and is attached to the application. Fees for more than one person cannot be transferred with one payment order. With one payment order, a fee can be transferred for more than one document, if they will be issued with one application and one type of service (ie for passport and ID card one bank order and for SUMPS – another bank order).

Payment via the Internet

The fee for issuing Bulgarian personal documents can also be paid through one of the Internet payment systems on the account of ODMVR-Silistra.

A printed document certifying the payment made, which is generated by the payment system, is attached to the application.

Payment through “Bulgarian Post” EAD

The fee for issuing Bulgarian personal documents can also be paid by postal money transfer to the relevant bank account on the account of ODMVR-Silistra. Attached to the application is the personal postal record certifying the payment made.
