RIOSV-Ruse issued instructions to operators of installations to carry out a survey of the facilities and processes in their productions, where it is possible to release intensely smelling substances, organized or unorganized. By April 30, five operators operating in the industrial zones of Ruse must present the results of the survey, a schedule with specific measures and responsible persons in order to prevent, and if impossible, to minimize the spread of odors outside their production sites. Three of the enterprises have been issued complex permits (CR) – “Linamar Light Metals-Ruse” EOOD, “Orgahim Resins” AD and “Lubrika” OOD. There is an express condition in them for the non-distribution of odors. “Orgachem” AD and “Oleo Protein” EOOD, which do not have a KR, should also fulfill the same prescriptions.
For “Linamar Light Metals-Ruse” EOOD, the deadline has been extended until the end of June this year due to a linear schedule presented by the company that will carry out the survey.
