The prosecutor’s office accused Dinko from Yambol of being the leader of a criminal group

District Prosecutor’s Office-Yambol brought Dinko Valev, Stoyko Klaudov and Grigor Gochev to criminal responsibility. Like TrafficNews reported, they are accused of participating in the organized criminal group, and Dinko Valev, better known as Dinko from Yambol, is accused of being its leader.

The group was created with a profit motive to commit crimes in a concerted manner on the territory of the country. The organized criminal group operated from October 2021 to April 16, 2024 – a crime under Article 321, Paragraph 3, Item 2 of the Criminal Code.

During the investigation, it was found that the members of the group forced and attempted to force various individuals to perform actions against their will. For this purpose, threats to the life, health and property of the victims were used, as a result of which one of the victims suffered financial damage, and in relation to another victim, the act remained unfinished – crimes under Art. 214, para. 2, t .2 and item 3, cf. art. 213a, paragraph 2, item 3 and item 4, cf. art. 26, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

Regarding Stoyko Klaudov and Grigor Gochev. charges have been filed. A request was submitted to take a measure of remand “detention in custody” in relation to them, which was respected by the District Court-Yambol.

Regarding Dinko Valev, who is admitted to a hospital, a decree has been drawn up to bring him to criminal responsibility, which will be presented to him after his health condition improves.
