This is foreseen by changes in the Ordinance on the conditions and procedure for issuing a license to drive motor vehicles.
When issuing a license to drive a motor vehicle, they will have to present a diploma of completed medical education.
They extend the validity of the driver’s license!
In the current regulation, however, medical specialists were not exempted and had to provide a certificate of completion of a course in first aid in road traffic accidents for motor vehicle drivers.
In addition, the ordinance proposes that when a driver’s license is issued, its holder should receive a certain number of control points for reporting violations.

The new driver receives 2/3 of the maximum number of checkpoints, and the remaining 1/3 checkpoints will be received after acquiring two years of experience as a driver of a motor vehicle.
