In Lyaskovets, children, teachers and parents joined the initiative “We love nature and take care of it”

This Saturday, children, teachers and parents from NU “Tsani Ginchev” – town of Lyaskovets, cleaned the Central City Park as part of the activity “We love nature and take care of it” – part of the preventive program of the MKBPPMN for 2024. The committee provided the necessary sacks and gloves, and the children cleaned the park area. The children and parents were enthused by the environmental task and couldn’t go home. Students from the innovative clubs for personal development “Dobrotvortsi” and “Ecoclub” participated as volunteers in another initiative – in the “Caps for the Future” campaign, which was organized by the “Club for the Future – Town of Lyaskovets” Association. In addition to bringing the caps collected to school, the students also helped sort them. They also helped the people from the association in their work by crushing the metal jugs – activities that the children took as a game.

After the job well done, all the children and parents were happy and satisfied that they helped the organizers from the Association “Club for the Future – town of Lyaskovets” – the head of the campaign Ilia Iliev and representatives of the association Teodora Tabakova, Zdravko Panayotov, Maya Petrova, Ilia Bonchev and Todor Khrulev. The event was honored by the director of the school Diana Petkova, by the leadership of the Municipality of Lyaskovets in the person of Deputy Mayor Emilia Zhilieva and the Chairman of the Municipal Council Sergey Dobrev, as well as by the Secretary of the Local Commission – Tsvetomila Berova. The Mayor of Lyaskovets Municipality, Vasil Hristov, expressed his gratitude for the good public-private partnership of all participants in the eco-initiatives carried out by the citizens.
