The project envisages opportunities to display agricultural products in fresh or processed state, mainly dairy and meat products, bread and bakery products, canned goods, beverages, oils, eggs, honey and bee products, nuts, alcoholic products, fruit syrups, juices, fish and fish products, fruits, vegetables, herbs and mushrooms, seeds, flowers, planting material, rough and concentrated fodder, equipment and other goods for agricultural production, industrial goods, including used but usable, and other related goods and services.

The plot represents a regulated area of ​​13,720 m^2, on which the “Animal and Bird Market” was built in 2000, consisting of:

3. Bird shed of 360 m² with metal construction.

The retail outlets are intended to be prefabricated, with metal construction and sandwich partition walls, which will be assembled on site using the existing sheds.
