“ARTISTIK” theater studio triumphed at the “Little Prince” festival in Veliko Tarnovo

Theater studio “ARTISTIK” from Silistra returned with resounding success from the XVIII National Festival of Children’s and Youth Theater Creativity “The Little Prince – 2024”, held in Veliko Tarnovo.

The young talents from the studio led by Hristo Hristovwon the highest honor – The Grand Prize of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo for his performance “Balkan Traveler” in the first age group (up to 14 years).

The performance, based on the play by Yanko Mitev, with direction by Hristo Hristov, scenography and puppets by Elena Markarian, captivated the jury and the audience with its original interpretation, fascinating actors’ transformations and beautiful vision.

In addition to the Grand Prize, Theater Studio “ARTISTIK” also received an Award for Supporting Male Role for Ivaylo Dimitrov, who shone in the role of Count Dracula.

The professional jury, chaired by actress Ioana Bukovska-Davidova, and members Stefka Zlatkova and Antoni Tsonev, highly appreciated the talent and work of the young actors, as well as the original approach of the production.
