Regional Administration – Targovishte hosted a Debating Forum between students included in the program of Association INTEGRO “Supporting environment for Roma youth to acquire secondary education”.


The participants from six schools from Northern Bulgaria, including Shumen, Varbitsa, Isperih, Nikola Kozlevo and Omurtag, debated on the topics of the use of artificial intelligence in the educational system, tolerance in school, Bulgarian traditions and their relevance over time, informs the press center of the Regional administration.


The regional governor Gergana Tsoneva and her deputy Dimitar Stanev welcomed the young people, wishing them to be always responsible, to defend the positions they believe in, and to be an active part of civil society.


“In any life situation, it is of the utmost importance to consider all sides, to listen to all arguments, to get to know the problem, putting ourselves in the position of the other side. We wish you to find the balance, harmony and good attitude that will They help you make the right decisions,” the regional governor wished the young people.

The moderator of the debates was Diyan Dankov, legal consultant of the Association and coordinator of the educational program of the organization.

At the end of the forum, Gergana Tsoneva awarded the schools participating in the project for their efforts and preparation.


Together with the team of the Regional Administration – Targovishte, the young people visited the Regional Historical Museum – Targovishte, after which they visited the “NAYA” Association, where they talked about domestic violence, aggression at school, at home, on the street, about tolerance and differences between people.
