The legal sagas in the “Maxim Gorki” kindergarten in Kardzhali continue. The district court reinstated the KNSB leader in the children’s institution, fired by the director after a series of cases. The conflict dates back several years and is a consequence of protests against the appointment of P.S. for director.
The chairman of the KNSB structure in “Maxim Gorky” L.S. turned to the court after she was dismissed on disciplinary grounds. The director cites as a reason a violation of the work duties stipulated in the job description. They blame L.S. that as a senior teacher she left a 3-year-old child unattended. LS was in the classroom with other children.
The magistrates point out that the reason for the disciplinary dismissal does not correspond to the reasons for it. It is also indicated that no opinion was taken from KNSB, as well as from TELK. It turns out that the dismissed teacher has a lifetime reduced working capacity of 50%.
The district court in Kardzhali reinstated L.S. He also obliged the employer to pay her compensation of BGN 14,806.08, which is considered as labor remuneration, for the time during which she was illegally dismissed. The employer will have to reimburse her BGN 2,200 in costs in the case and bring 842.24 leva state fees.
