World Book and Copyright Day will be celebrated with a rich literary program in Stara Zagora. The book festival in the city of poets will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the 19th edition of the Reading Marathon at the Stara Zagora Cultural Center. All creators, young and old readers are invited, Krasimira Lekova from Rodina library, one of the organizers of the event, told Radio Stara Zagora.

The main highlight of Stara Zagora’s rich program will be the readers’ meeting with the great Bulgarian poet Margarita Petkova from 5:30 p.m. in the “Bayer” exhibition hall, explained Krasimira Lekova. She added that at 18:00 at the “Geo Milev” house museum, Staro Zagorje residents and guests of the city can meet the writer Konstantin Katsarov and the presentation of his novel “Rabid Dog”.
