Poligraff.NET – Burgas schoolgirls with first place at the National Information Technology Competition

Fifth-graders from PPMG “Acad. Nikola Obreshkov”, Burgas city, won first place at the National Information Technology and Programming Competition “IT Znaiko”. The competition was held on April 19-21 in Pamporovo and was organized by the “Education and Technologies” Association – Burgas.

185 students from all over the country took part in it, and Burgas was represented only by graduates of the fifth, sixth and ninth grade mathematics high school headed by Mrs. Alisa Popova.

The team of girls from the 5th grade – Albena Gerginova, Ayana Todorova, Viktoria Bineva, Daniela Gospodinova and Dea Panayotova, won first place in the regional round and again in the National round, and their project was declared outstanding.

“We are proud of our children who, despite the challenge of appearing without their leader, who was unable to accompany them for health reasons, won a prize and once again glorified the name of our elite high school. I hope that their efforts and work will be worthy dear, this is an honor not only for the high school, but also for our city.
