Vanya Grigorova will appear in the parliamentary elections from the “Solidary Bulgaria” coalition, composed of “Stand Up, Bulgaria!” of Maya Manolova, “Bulgarian Left” and “United Social Democracy”. Yesterday, she announced on Facebook that she will run for parliament, without specifying from which party, but from the “Left!” separated themselves from her.
“Stand up, Bulgaria!”, whose leader is Maya Manolova, the political party “Bulgarian Left” – our like-minded people, with whom we have been working for more than 15 years, a small party positioned on the left, and the third formation – the United Social Democracy. The name of the coalition with which we will appear in the elections is “Solidary Bulgaria”, since I have been the chairman of the “Solidary Bulgaria” Association since 2010,” Grigorova explained to BNT.
“During these few months in the Metropolitan Municipality, I defended what I promised in the election campaign – the pay, the return of public services to public hands,” said the municipal councilor, who came second in the mayoral elections. In response to why she will run for parliament, Grigorova said that decisions, whether at the local level or in individual professional communities, are framed and predetermined at the national level.
