Students from three schools participated in an Easter children’s sports festival in Stara Zagora

Before the start, the children from the preparatory group of VI “St. Nicholas” Primary School delighted the participants in the competition with songs and dances.

Nearly 80 children participated in the Easter children’s sports festival, organized by the Municipality of Stara Zagora and the Tourist Association “Sarnena Gora”. The event was held in the “Ivan Vazov” Sports Hall in Stara Zagora.

Before the start, the children from the preparatory group of VI “St. Nicholas” Primary School delighted the participants in the competition with songs and dances.

The teams of NU “Dimitar Blagoev”, VI OU “St. Nikola” and OU “Kiril Hristov” competed in three games “Friends”, “Orienteering” and “Bivouac”. In a fun quiz, the participants also demonstrated a good knowledge of the natural sights and tourist attractions in the Motherland.

The team of VI OU “St. Nicholas” ranked first, the team of OU “Kiril Hristov” won second place, and the team of NU “Dimitar Blagoev” won third place.

The sports festival passed with many joyful emotions, and at the end everyone was awarded with gifts from the Municipality of Stara Zagora, Decathlon store and TD “Sarnena Gora”. The gifts were presented by Petko Krumov, head of the “Sports Activities” department.
