The “Tarnovo Guitars” project was launched in Veliko Tarnovo – Radio Veliko Tarnovo

The new cultural project “Tarnovo guitars – part one” was launched in Veliko Tarnovo. Its aim is to develop the skills of young artists and performers in classical guitar, providing them with the opportunity to perform in the cultural program of the old capital. On May 11 and 12, 2024, a two-day classical guitar master class will be held at the Youth Center in Veliko Tarnovo with 20 young people between the ages of 13 and 29. It will be led by Prof. Dr. Stella Miteva – Dinkova and Kostadin Dinkov – teachers of classical guitar at the “Dobrin Petkov” National School of Music and Dance in Plovdiv. After the completion of the training part, a concert titled “With a guitar in the park” is planned, which will take place on May 12 at 6 p.m. in Marno Pole Park. In it, all participants will show to the public what they learned in the two-day master class.

The project “Tarnovo guitars – part one” is a joint project between “Youth Development Association of Lyaskovets” and “Youth Home” – Veliko Tarnovo. The project manager is Krasin Karakotsev. It is co-financed under the “Culture – small projects” program by the “Calendar of cultural events” administrative program of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo. Admission to all events is free
