Information bulletin about the accidents that occurred on the territory of the ODMVR – Razgrad

A narcotic was discovered during an inspection of a bedroom in RS “Execution of Punishments” – Razgrad. The disclosure is the result of joint work between ODMVR-Razgrad, the head of RS “IN” and the district prosecutor. On April 22, he was found in possession of a white crystalline substance placed in a plastic bag weighing 1.30 grams. The substance tested positive for ecstasy. As of April 22, a 36-year-old man from the city of Loznitsa and a 23-year-old man from the city of Zavet were accommodated in the premises. The two were tested for drug use, and their results were positive for amphetamine. In this case, pre-trial proceedings have been initiated under Article 354 A, Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code.

A traffic accident report was received around 10:20 p.m. on April 22 at tel. 112. On the spot in the Razgrad village of Mortagonovo, it was established that a 70-year-old man overturned with a self-propelled chassis tractor after losing control of the machine. The victim was taken to the Medical Center-Razgrad for examination and later released for home treatment with traumatic wounds. His breathalyzer test read 1.72 parts per million of alcohol. Blood was taken for chemical analysis. The chassis, his property, was not properly registered. In this case, pre-trial proceedings have been initiated under Article 343 B, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

An electric two-wheel moped was stopped for inspection around 11 p.m. on April 22 in the Zavet village of Brestovene. In the course of the control actions by employees of RU-Kubrat, it was established that the 55-year-old driver was driving the vehicle without the legally required registration, according to Art. 140, Para. 1 of the ZDvP. An expedited proceeding was established under Art. 345, para. 2 of the Criminal Code.

A 35-year-old criminal woman from Blagoevgrad was found to be the perpetrator of injuries in the Razgrad village of Topchii. Between 8 and 9:30 p.m. on April 21, a woman who had consumed alcohol broke a 100 x 100 cm glass with a stone at a bus stop in the village, and then three 70 x 200 cm window panes at the community center. The damage caused amounted to BGN 600. The perpetrator was discovered after quick operative-investigative actions in the course of the investigations initiated under Art. 216, Para. 1 of the Criminal Code.
