A musical program was performed by the schools at the Center for Personal and Creative Development of Children of Blagoevgrad on the occasion of the Easter holidays at the Day Center for Adults with Disabilities “Zornitsa”.
“Every year for the Easter holidays we organize a series of celebrations,” he explained Radio Blagoevgrad Gergana Petrova, team leader of the Day Center for Adults with Disabilities “Zornitsa”.
There are 20 users of the center, who are looked after by 9 staff members.
“It takes a lot of love, patience and heart to be a social worker,” believes Petrova.
Many positive emotions were brought to the center’s users by the performances of the “Veselina” Folklore Group and the FG “Biseri”.
And the head of DG “Biseri” Daniela Bogdanova explained why they hold these concerts. “When we look at these smiles and shining faces, we are satisfied and excited, because they deserve it,” Bogdanova is categorical.
The two folklore groups have many performances during the holidays, but now their efforts are focused on the National Student Competition “For Our Bread…”, which starts on Thursday in Blagoevgrad.
