The graduate specialist can work as a production manager or food quality manager in manufacturing or commercial enterprises, a culinary manager in restaurants or catering enterprises, a “Food and Beverage” manager in tourist sites or a manager of catering events.
The specialty “Industrial Engineering and Management” provides a broad hybrid training in the field of technology and management, and the emphasis in general engineering is on computer systems. Students acquire the necessary basic knowledge and skills, allowing the effective management of processes in the food, cosmetic and biotechnological industries.The graduate can work as a production manager, innovation manager or business development manager.
