The rocker walks free after being charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. The prosecutor’s office requested his permanent detention, the District Court in Plovdiv released him without remand.
At the moment, no charges have been brought against the Captain for causing an accident or bodily injury, but only for driving after consuming alcohol, reported TrafficNews.bg.
“At the moment, we do not have forensic medical expertise, on the basis of which to establish the mechanism and way of receiving the trauma”, said prosecutor Elena Bogdanova after the case.
