“Clothes of the future” is the best business idea in the national entrepreneurship competition, which was held in Svishtov. 24 students from 22 vocational high schools in economics from all over the country presented their projects on the topic “Traditional Bulgarian products – heritage and innovations”.
The gold medalists were Katerina Dombi from the “Vasil Levski” Financial and Business Vocational High School in Montana, Melek Rasimova from the “Elias Kaneti” Economics and Management School – Ruse, Ivaylo Dumanov from the “Atanas Burov” Financial and Business High School in Haskovo and Angela Markova from the State business high school “Intellect” in Pleven.
The business idea, “Bing. Handles for supports” by Paolina Koleva from the National Commercial High School in Plovdiv, Mark Kyurkchiev from the Vocational High School for Economics and Management “Yordan Zahariev” in Kyustendil, Violeta Nenkova from the Vocational State Commercial High School “Dimitar Hadjivasilev” in Svishtov and Simge Redzeb PG in Business Administration , administration and services “Atanas Burov”.
Bronze medalists with the idea “Bio color” were Katerina Tosheva and Kristina Koleva from Varna commercial “G.St.Rakovski”, Stefka Moneva PG in Economics “Prof. Dr. Dimitar Tabakov” in Sliven and Angelina Georgieva from PG on light industry and tourism in Kazanlak.
High marks for their innovative ideas were also given to the teams of students of the Commercial High School – Burgas, Nevrokopsk PG “Dimitar Talev” – Gotse Delchev, PG in Economics “Karl Marx” in Smolyan, NFSG – Sofia, Agricultural Vocational High School “Kl. Timiryazev” in Sandanski, PG economics “Ivan Iliev” in Blagoevgrad, PG “Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov” – Vidin, the trade and catering high school in Vratsa, vocational high school “Petko Rachov Slaveykov” – Yakoruda, PG in economics and tourism “Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov” – Petrich, “Aleko Konstantinov” High School of Economics in Kardzhali.
The winners of the three prizes received a certificate recognizing the excellent 6.00 grade for the result of a competitive exam at UNSS for the specialty “Entrepreneurship”. They won medals for the individual and cups for the school classification, subject prizes from the Municipality of Svishtov – a partner of the host school. For their excellent performance, all students and their supervisors received diplomas from the Ministry of Education and Culture.
The organizer of the competition is the Ministry of Education and Culture and the RUO-Veliko Tarnovo, with the cooperation and support of the Department of Entrepreneurship of the UNSS. The host was Professional State Commercial High School “Dimitar Hadjivasilev” – Svishtov.
