The first sod for the construction of the most modern residential building to date in the Samara-3 district of Stara Zagorje was made by the managers of the Esteti construction company Evgeni Lishev and Mincho Dimov and their partner Nedyalko Dyakov from Eurostroy Engineering. Thus, “Aesteti” followed the tradition with which the construction of each of its new objects begins.
The celebration was attended by a large number of clients of the construction company who have already purchased apartments in the future building and those who are currently choosing a home. The owner of the company, Evgeni Lishev, addressed the audience with the following words: “Once upon a time, when people decided to build a house, they gathered their best friends. My grandfather and his two brothers built the house where I lived until recently. The closest friends have gathered – help me build a home and one day I will help you. People relied on each other. Today is a little different. The reason we built this wonderful building is you – our friends”.
The new residential building of “Esteti” will have 7 floors and will have mostly large apartments, with spacious rooms and additional rooms – something typical for the housing in the “Samara – 3” district, which is closest to the central part of Stara Zagora.
“This future building is very close to the heart for our company, as in “Samara – 3″ was the first building we built in Stara Zagora. This is a district with new streets, with renewed infrastructure. I am happy that people already they perceive us as a special builder. Probably because over the years we have been able to prove that the buildings we build are designed for the comfort and love of those who will live in them and we put in them modern solutions at an affordable price,” said Evgeni Lishev.
The 7-story building will have a very modern facade, which has never been built in the “Samara” quarter. “The building will be with controlled access, with a courtyard, with very large apartments with large axes. In Samara, people are used to living in quite spacious apartments, unlike in the center, where the apartments are smaller. Therefore, the apartments will have with living rooms of about 30 square meters, with large closets, with nice terraces, with a great view of the park and the “Samara flag” monument, added Evgeni Lishev.
