Part of the residents of “Vlado Chernozemski” street in Blagoevgrad with a request to install artificial bumps on the boulevard they live next to, and the reason is the high speeds and noisy cars and motorbikes in the area. On this occasion, they also sent complaints to the municipality, but so far there has been no reaction, reports BNT.

“The cases for which we have gathered are two. This is a section that is located 400 m from the municipality of the city and less than 200 m from the building of the Ministry of the Interior. Here, very high speeds are developed and tested the noises of cars. This is happening almost every night since the 8th. This is not the first signal that we have had. We want these motorists and drivers to be restricted in every possible and legal way, secondly – strengthened control by the Ministry of the Interior,” said Alexandra Dimitrova, a resident of Blagoevgrad.

In the words of another resident of the city, the section is like a “track” for bikers and car drivers.

“The noise is unbearable, it’s like a track, they get louder from one roundabout and so on to the other. It happened to me while I was crossing that they passed me at high speed,” explained Zoya Kalenderska.

The municipality of Blagoevgrad explained to “Po sveta i wy nas” that they have already complied with the received signals and on Monday the Safety Commission will meet, which will take measures.
