The student competition “Art as a dream and dreams in art” for young talents in the field of arts, organized by the Faculty of Arts of the Southwest University “Neofit Rilski”, has ended. It is part of the seventeenth edition of the National Student Arts Festival.
More than 100 students from SU “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” – Vidin, “Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov” University of Applied Sciences – Petrich, NHG “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” – Blagoevgrad, SWICHE “St. Kliment Ohridski” – Blagoevgrad, PMG “Acad. S. P. Korolyov” – Blagoevgrad, the Center for Personal and Creative Development of Children of Blagoevgrad /CPLR/, SU “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” – Vidin, EG “Acad. Lyudmil Stoyanov” – Blagoevgrad, PGI “Ivan Iliev” – Blagoevgrad, SU “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” – Simitli. They showcased their talent in the Theater Arts, Music and Fine Arts categories.
A jury of qualified teachers evaluated and ranked the participants. The ranked students were awarded with diplomas, which are recognized for successfully passing competitive candidate student exams and will be given the opportunity to continue their education in relevant specialties at the Faculty of Arts at the Southwestern University “Neofit Rilski”.
As part of the competition, an Open Day was also held, during which prospective student candidates got acquainted with the material base and attended students’ classes.
