The deadline for receiving documents for jurors at the District Court – Stara Zagora has been extended

Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 1, item 1 of the ZMSMA and Art. 66 et seq. of the Law on the Judiciary, Stara Zagora Municipal Council, with its decision No. 221 from Protocol No. 9 of 11.03.2024, opened a procedure for appointing 13 people – candidates for jurors at the District Court – Stara Zagora, to complete the list of jurors at the same court for the upcoming term 2024 – 2028.

Every working day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the Office of the Municipal Administration of Stara Zagora accepts the documents of the candidates. The deadline for entering the necessary documentation is until May 22, 2024 inclusive.

Applicants must be able-bodied Bulgarian citizens and meet the following requirements: be between the ages of 21 and 68; have a current address in the Municipality of Stara Zagora, falling within the judicial district of the District Court of Stara Zagora; have completed at least secondary education; not have been convicted of an intentional crime, regardless of rehabilitation; not suffer from mental illness.
