Commissioner Dimitar Yarkov has been temporarily appointed deputy director and head of the “Criminal Police” department at the ODMVR-Stara Zagora

By order of the Minister of Internal Affairs dated 23.04.2024. Commissioner Dimitar Yarkov was temporarily reassigned to the position of deputy director, he and head of the “Criminal Police” department in the ODMVR-Stara Zagora.

Commissioner Yarkov graduated from BSU – Burgas. He has been working in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs since 1992.

Over the years, he held various police positions in the ODMVR-Stara Zagora. In the period 2009 – 2013 was the head of the “Road Crimes” group at the “Criminal Police” department in ODMVR-Stara Zagora. Since 2013 until 2021 was the deputy director at ODMVR-Stara Zagora. From 2021 until now, he was the head of the “Criminal Police” sector in Parvo RU-Stara Zagora.

He has been awarded many times for high results.
