The father and relatives of Toshko Barakov, who died in a serious accident, are suing Petar Marinashki’s insurer. The case started on April 29 at 10 a.m. in the District Court in Plovdiv. It was filed against DallBogg Insurance Joint Stock Company: Life and Health AD, which is the insurer under the “Civil Liability” insurance of the car with which Petar Marinashki killed Todor Barakov and Viktor Vassilev near the village of Kadievo on November 11, 2020.
The judge-reporter in the case is Simeon Zahariev, who will consider the claims for the damages caused to Todor Barakov’s parents, grandmother and brother by the crime. At the request of the insurer, Petar Marinashki will also participate in the case as an assistant to the insurance company.
The lawsuit filed is for a total of BGN 525,000 – BGN 225,000 each for Toshko’s father and mother, BGN 50,000 for his brother and BGN 25,000 for his grandmother.
We remind you that the Supreme Court confirmed Marinashki’s sentence and sent him to prison for 5 years after a long trial.
