As a result of thorough police actions by officers from the “Criminal Police” department at the Criminal Police Department – Burgas, the Fifth District Administration – Burgas and the Institute of Psychology at the Ministry of the Interior, the perpetrator of the arson of a Mercedes truck / tipper truck, with Burgas registration, was identified and detained and a truck type “Iveko” /vishka/, with Burgas registration.
Both are owned by a local Burgas company, and the arson was carried out in the area of the 5th kilometer.
The arsonist is a 47-year-old criminal and convicted burgher who set the cars on fire due to unsettled financial relationships.
In connection with the initiated pre-trial proceedings, numerous investigative actions were carried out, including: questioning of witnesses – eyewitnesses, including in front of a judge, video technical examination of recordings from video surveillance cameras, etc.
Burgazliata was interrogated as an accused, being detained by a prosecutor’s decree for a period of up to 72 hours.
