The brothers Boy and Dobromir Zhelevi they brought Bowl, golden and two silver medals after participating in the “Marinopoltsi” open tournaments. The races collected 120 competitorsincluding international and FIDE masters, reported the Yambol Municipality.
Momchil Zhelev beat the competition in his age group after strong final assault and won a special cup as well as first place in the under-14 category. His brother Dobromir Zhelev managed to fight for the second place in the ‘B’ tournament and finished second in the Under-13s, giving him two silver medals.
The brothers are graduates of the Yambol chess school, have been practicing chess for 3 years, constantly improving their skills. They are ambitious to achieve success, they know how to apply the knowledge they have learned and from almost every participation they return with prize won and medal. They have successfully participated in tournaments abroad.
