Lazarki visited ODMVR-Silistra – Portal Silistra

--

Lazarki visited the employees of ODMVR-Silistra today. The girls are from the 3rd “Bell” group of the “Rosa – 1” Kindergarten and they recreated one of the most beautiful spring customs – lazarovanje.

Changed into folk costumes, adorned with dew wrists, they performed ritual songs and dances and called for health and grace. The children prepared the folklore composition under the guidance of their teachers Daniela Ivanova and Vesela Georgieva. According to folk beliefs, lazarkas are harbingers of good and where they entered and sang, people will enjoy happiness and prosperity.

With generous applause, the police officers thanked for the spectacle, and three of them, fathers of the lazarettes Radeya, Mikaela and Radina, applauded the loudest.

As the host, the director of ODMVR-Silistra, senior commissioner Martin Nedyalkov, congratulated the children on their wonderful performance, and the employees presented them with bread and treats.
