A 56-year-old pedestrian was hit by a Deu car driven by a 70-year-old man yesterday around 9:20 a.m. in Ardino. As a result of the accident, the victim suffered a broken big toe. She was given medical attention. The driver tested negative for alcohol and drugs. A duty operative group from the RU-Ardino inspected the scene of the accident. A pre-trial proceeding has been initiated. Around 5:00 p.m. yesterday on the Kardzhali-Airovo road, a 49-year-old driver of an Opel car lost control, entered the oncoming lane and crashed into an Opel bus. The driver of the car was examined by an emergency team and released. Alcohol tests were negative. The incident was processed administratively with an act under the Civil Code.
An inspection for driving an unregistered motor vehicle has been started in RU-Momchilgrad. Around 2:30 p.m. yesterday, police officers stopped an Audi car with a 59-year-old driver. When an inquiry was made, it became clear that the car’s registration was officially terminated on the basis of Art. 143, Para. 10 of the Civil Liability Act due to the lack of valid “Civil Liability” insurance. The “Security Police” group carries out the inspection.
Driving after consuming alcohol. Fast-track proceedings were initiated in RU-Ardino for driving a car after consuming alcohol. Around 20:00 last night, in the area of the village of Chubrika, police officers checked a 58-year-old driver who was driving a Seat car. The alcohol test with a technical device reported 2.07 per thousand. A medical examination voucher was issued and a blood sample was taken for chemical analysis. The driver was detained for up to 24 hours at the police station.
